Meeting Topic: "Reorganizing the Workplace to Respect the Needs of Families" Discuss barriers to ideal balance of paid work to unpaid care giving and talk about potential solutions.
Chapter Meetings
Meetings are usually held the fourth Monday of every month and involve either discussion, guest speakers, socializing, or a mix of all three. Recent topics include Creative Play (guest speaker), Keeping Our Kids Safe (discussion), and a New Member Social. Those wishing to socialize after the regular meeting often adjourn to a local coffee shop. Prospective members are welcome to join us for three meetings/events before joining.
